# How to win!

So, how do you win in Ourglass? We think the best way to start with Ourglass is to decide what your goal is. Overall the goal is to make more GLASS but YOU must decide how you want to play.

**Go For The Lottery**

The best way to earn more glass is to of course win the lottery! Especially the random winner. Winning the lottery is the quickest and easiest way to earn a lot of glass, but it is random and requires no skill so you can't depend on it. If you are playing to win the lottery it's not necessary to deposit a lot (unless you are going for the largest depositor for the day) but some players have reported depositing enough for your daily drip rewards to equal 3billion glass. This way you can enter every day!

**Passive Glass**

The second best way to earn is through deposit yield. Although unstaking in Ultra Staking is not possible, we know that we earn on our deposits for the life of the contract/blockchain ie "forever'. As of this writing, users are reporting that they earn the deposit back in 60 days. This means that after 60 days you would be staking for completely free and any glass earned after that can be considered free as well. Keep in mind 60 days is just a figure as of this writing and could vary daily.

**Just Holding**

The easiest but possibly less rewarding way to earn is by just holding glass. You get a % of each transaction that moves glass, but as of this writing it is not as rewarding as our Ultra Staking innovation.

disclaimer: ourglass is not an investment vehicle and you chose to perceive it as such at your own risk.
